If you consider 3 planets the minimum for a stellium, or multiple planets in the same sign in a house, your friend has a stellium in Scorpio in the 1st house. Some people say it is 4 planets, I've read astrologers' articles that say it is 3. You decide. A stellium is both a blessing and a curse, some say. You are focusing an incredible amount of energy into one space of your chart. The 1st house is an in-your-face area, ruled naturally by Aries. It is how you present yourself to the world. Having many planets here adds depth to your personality. Your friend is definitely not a wallflower! And she probably has a striking intensity, since the stellium is in Scorpio.

The Libra ascendant adds a degree of charm and perhaps an ability for the aesthetic to her personality. I don't think you added 'add aspects to all' when you generated the chart, so I don't know what aspects her ASC or MC. Whatever planets do, this can change a lot. So I'm just assuming that's how her Libra ASC acts, but if it's colored by another planet like her Moon, that could make it different.
Mercury is in the 12th. It seems to be conjunct her ASC - it is literally almost on top of it, that much I can see! Mercury conjunct the ASC makes one a bit like a Gemini on the outside. Chatty, intelligent, and buzzing with mental energy. Problem is, your friend has a 12th house Mercury, so she is going to feel inhibited most likely before she can express this side of herself. 12th house Mercury can be a challenge to some. A poster once described having this placement as increasingly the possibility of 'intrusive' or 'disturbing' thoughts. You could be on the secretive side. But this placement also gives the chance of being highly-introspective and in some cases quite imaginative.

Traditionally the NN in the 1st house means your friend has a journey to take that will lead her from falling back on relationships to becoming more pioneering and forthright. But things aren't always simple with the NN. Some people attract the opposite of their NN, their SN, which for your friend is the sign Taurus. That means as she asserts growing depth and independence, she might attract people in relationships who are too clingy and materialistic... or maybe it means that she fluctuates too much between her Scorpionic side and her Taurean side. It could be either, or neither. But your friend needs to learn how to become more Scorpionic in life, and less Libran and Taurean. Both Libra and Taurus are Venusian... it is your friend's destiny to move away from the indulge and materialism plus relationship-focus of Venusian planets, to the intensity, bravery and metamorphosis of Scorpio.
Mars does very well in the 10th house, but unfortunately it makes some stress aspects for her. It squares her Sun, Venus and Jupiter. The 10th house rules careers, and your social standing... so perhaps her outward image, her personal self is at conflict with the professional image she projects?
One noticeable attribute is the grand water trine between the Moon, the Sun and Saturn. A water trine leads to imagination and creativity, but it lacks the backing force when the going gets tough like an earth trine has. Still, this trine is great for your friend if she is interested in creative endeavors, since the Moon is in the 9th, the house of possible worldly fame, and perhaps this will alleviate the pressures of a 5th house Saturn.
I also agree with Tonia, your friend could be interested in long journeys and learning about foreign lands. I have a 9th house Moon myself, and since childhood oddly enough I have had an insatiable curiosity about Asia. I have already made long-distance friends with multiple people from Asia! Travel is something I look forward to at all times, and little vacations to the same typical places do not cut it for me. Your friend could very well be this way.
Hope that wasn't too long! I loved poring over her chart. It was so interesting. )
